The following exercise will help you develop your natural ability to see auras and energies. In this exercise the goal is to improve your eye's color and secondary color perception. This exercise should be performed on a regular basis. Once a day for a few minutes should be sufficient. Keep in mind not to overdo it or you could strain your eyes, which is not beneficial or helpful in any way.
Ensure that you are completely relaxed before beginning this exercise. You will need to save a copy of the image below; then print it out. Next cut out each of the coloured circles. You will also need a blank sheet of white paper. Make sure that you are seated comfortably in a room with low light or candlelight. Place the blank sheet of paper and the first coloured circle on a table or flat surface in front of you.
Place a coloured circle on your white background. Gaze at it lightly. Don’t fix your eyes on the circle; instead let your eyes slide slightly out of focus. As your eyes relax you will begin to see a coloured haze around the circle. Initially this will likely be the complementary colour. As you progress, you will begin to notice different colors and shapes. After more practice you will start to see the aura around other objects and people. In fact you will notice that everything radiates at least a small aura. Try this exercise for at least a minute with each colour. As you progress, you will cycle through the each of the colors more each session. Use colour set one for at least a month. Then mix in color set two. After another month you should start adding other colors and varying your background colors. The more colors that you work with the better your results will be. Start off slow and easy. Don’t rush. After a while you will begin to see more subtle colors.
For some people it will only take a few weeks to notice interesting results. Other people will find that it takes them longer. How fast you achieve results will depend largely on you. Performing the exercises regularly is the best way of obtaining results. Remember, pushing too hard will only slow you down due to eye strain.
Do not over do it. You can cause eye strain if you work at it for too long in the beginning. If you feel any strain at all, stop and take a few minutes to rest your eyes. Wait a few days; then try the exercise again for a much shorter period of time.
